Our representation includes establishing and defending creditors’ claims; representing creditors in disputes involving preferences, fraudulent conveyances, cash collateral, relief from stay, bankruptcy reorganization plans, Section 363 sales of collateral, discharge; and efforts to dismiss a bankruptcy proceeding.
