Stephanie Capezzuto is a Partner in Ardis Law’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. As a seasoned trial attorney, Ms. Capezzuto has tried numerous jury trials to verdict, including multiple as first chair, achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. Throughout her career, Ms. Capezzuto has successfully represented clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, and business torts. Ms. Capezzuto’s knowledge and skill in analyzing and interpreting complex commercial contracts is a natural complement to her insurance practice, which includes litigating general liability third-party claims, coverage disputes, and matters involving bad faith and extra contractual liability.

Ms. Capezzuto is also a Partner with the Alcohol, Food & Hospitality Practice. She advises clients on matters involving alcohol and other regulated products with a focus on navigating licensing and compliance requirements at both the local and state levels. Ms. Capezzuto works with businesses to help them understand and manage regulatory obligations in a practical, business-oriented way.

Ms. Capezzuto represents Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals and litigates before all state, federal courts and administrative courts in the State of Georgia and has been admitted pro hac vice in multiple jurisdictions across the country. Ms. Capezzuto is also a registered neutral and mediates a variety of disputes including premises liability, automobile liability, extra-contractual insurance issues, insurance coverage, business and commercial matters through Ardis Dispute Resolution, PBC.
