Full Bio
Bond handles regulatory and criminal investigations by federal and state agencies and represents clients in criminal and civil litigation. Mr. Bond has served as a part-time Administrative Law Judge for the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings, and has also served in alternative dispute resolution proceedings as advocate, mediator, and court-appointed arbitrator.
Wayne has lectured at numerous continuing professional education seminars and taught classes at the University of Georgia School of Law, the University of Georgia Business School, and Emory University.
