Mr. Virgin works with real estate brokers and brokerage firms on matters related to landlord/tenant disputes, purchase and sale agreements, closings, and miscellaneous issues and disputes. He also handles real estate transaction work including purchases and sales of commercial and residential properties.
His litigation experience encompasses contract disputes, real estate controversies, and securities arbitration proceedings. In addition to his litigation and transactional work, Mr. Virgin handles probate and estate administration matters.
